The NSPAIPL is the story of one man’s strategic vision and his bold venture into some of the most challenging up-market niches that began 26 years ago when he decided to shift lanes from a family run sanitary whole sale business at New Delhi to high-tech competencies in superior international brands, computerized auto servicing and global logistics. Sameer Bansal, the scion of a visionary business family, comprehended the signs of the new and emerging landscape of the global business order and decided to seize the initiative by adding new and upcoming international brands in sanitary ware and bathroom amenities. In addition, Sameer Bansal also bolstered this initiative by daringly marketing his products directly to the steady but promising stream of international MNC’s and IT’s who were making a bee line to the National Capital Region by way of leveraging labour and talent availability. The sales of the family run business shot through the roof while Sameer Bansal telescoped the new horizon for more diverse business opportunities through the prism of his philosophy:

1986
Breaking the Sanitary Barrier

This defining milestone was the establishment of the Bansal Sales Corporation, promoting the wholesales of high class sanitary hardware through world class brands. Over the next few years, the Bansal Trading Company established itself as the most successful Wholesalers in the NCR.

1989
A menu of delicacies

With the 90’s looming at hand, a new venture was initiated in the Culinary World. The seasoned connoisseur conceptualized a fine multi-cuisine diner under the name “The Nice Restaurant”. Located in the hustle and bustle of New Delhi, Nice Restaurant soon commanded the status of a rendezvous landmark.

1996
A new course- Real Estate

With the 90’s bringing in the decade of globalization, Sameer Bansal sought and acquired a new and lucrative niche in property brokerage which let to formation of NSP Associates (India) Private Limited in 1996. In the span of two decades, NSP Associates (India) Private Limited has brokered land locations in Delhi, Haryana & Rajasthan for a wide spectrum of investors and buyers paving the way to a highly successful future.

1999
The Automobile Industry

During this time, the Automobile Industry was transforming to become the country’s top industry. Sameer Bansal’s intelligence and keen eye for entrepreneurial prospects saw the launch of Delta Vehicle Support Pvt. Ltd. – a dedicated TATA Authorized Service Centre. Over 10 years later, Delta Vehicles Support is today an icon destination in Gurgaon for after sales services for TATA Automobiles.

2001
Supply Chain Global Logistics

India’s transformation into a manufacturing hub created the need for good warehousing. Perceiving this need for good warehousing & logistics management, NSP Associates (India) Private Limited ventured into this field and set up its first warehouse on contractual lease with TATA motors. A total area of 90,000* sq. ft. and state of the art communication equipments for inventory management boasted success and created the path to many more internationally accredited warehouses over the course of time.

2016
NSP Arcadia Mall and Oaks Residences

Sameer Bansal’s vision led to the association with global hospitality brands like Minor Hotel Group (MHG) and Marriott International along with their flagship project NSP Arcadia Mall, strategically located adjoining Japanese Investment Zone in Neemrana, Rajasthan.
